![]() That combined with the open great wheel on the time train mainspring barrel, and the punched tab hook for the mainspring made me think the 1920s, or possibly later. I initially did a quick look in Kochmann's when the clock came into the shop and the trademark at the bottom of page 394 jumped right out at me. I posted a better photo of the movement trademark and I think your assessment is correct. Ignoring the noise from the bellows, the hour gong IMHO is the prettiest sounding strike I've heard in a while, and surpasses the sound quality of many much larger clocks, including tall cases. I've worked on many Junghans mantle and wall clocks over the years, but never one of these. I too have never run across a Junghans Cuckoo, in any form.
